Dr. László Madák has joined KCG Partners Law Firm

We are pleased to announce that Dr. László Madák has joined KCG Partners Law Firm as a Partner Attorney at Law. László has gained significant experience in the fields of legal support of M&A transactions, financing transactions and litigation, and he will use and develop this experience in the KCG Partners team in the future.

 
He was a leader partner of the civil law department in a famous, Hungarian-owned law firm for 5 years, from where he came to KCG Partners Law Firm looking for new challenges. In his previous job, he was involved in some of the largest corporate acquisitions and mergers in recent years, provided legal advice in Hungarian and English, and led the legal team.
