Services we provide

Although Employee Stock Ownership Plans are an emerging field of law in Hungary, KCG Partners has already earned national recognition for its ESOP practice primarily due to our strong background in business law, including M&A, corporate, financial, regulatory and tax disciplines. Our attorneys are frequent lecturers and authors regarding corporate, tax and transactional issues relating to ESOPs and have been active leaders in this community for years. As a result, our firm can provide comprehensive assistance for both leveraged and non-leveraged deals throughout all stages of the ESOP business lifecycle: planning/structuring, implementing, financing, maintaining and redeeming

Clients we serve

KCG Partners regularly advises financial institutions, insurance companies, shareholders, management, public and private corporations, family businesses, investors and other parties in designing, implementing, and using ESOPs in transactions.

Value we deliver

With our extensive experience and business-first approach, KCG Partners ensures that ESOP transactions are constructed in a manner that fully protects our clients’ interests, reduces inherent risks and transaction costs, and maximizes financial return. Our clients receive an additional layer of protection due to our addressing the tax consequences of the transaction and the resulting post-transaction structure. Our clients especially appreciate our ESOP transaction planning process during which we provide our clients with feasibility and compliance analyses, utilize stakeholder evaluations, and undertake meticulous scoping and value engineering of our legal services to achieve maximum business results.
