Industrial development advisory for a Forbes Top 100 Brand company

KCG Partners provided industrial development advisory for a Forbes Top 100 Brand company in the development of a new Hungarian factory with a production area exceeding 100,000 sqm and a value in excess of 350 million Euros. Our client relied on us to assist them with (i) the contractor procurement process, (ii) the creation of construction contracts, (iii) resolution of infrastructure and utility matters, (iv) negotiations with the municipality on development issues, and (v) and the acquisitions of 100 hectares from 150 owners.
