New experts have strengthened the KCG Partners team!

Recently, our firm welcomed three new colleagues who bring professional experience, fresh perspectives, and unique insights.

We are pleased to introduce our new senior attorney, Gábor Horváth, who actively contributes to our firm’s work and our shared successes with his expertise and dedication.

Gábor has more than three decades of legal experience, gained in part at law firms and in part as an in-house counsel and head of legal.

His primary areas of expertise are corporate law and M&A. He has significant expertise in corporate governance, corporate and group restructuring, and energy law. In transactions, he supports clients from structuring through the entire process to closing and, where necessary, beyond. In his work, he places particular emphasis on addressing legal and business considerations together, and on developing practical solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives, working where needed with experts from other disciplines (finance, tax, accounting, etc.). He also has significant experience in employment law and regulatory matters.

He earned his law degree at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Law, and subsequently obtained an MBA from the University of Pécs, Faculty of Economics.
